Global Ready Talent Programme (GRT)

The Global Ready Talent Programme (GRT) aims to build a pipeline of young global-ready talents with in-market knowledge by exposing Singaporeans to internship and overseas work opportunities. This cultivation of young talents will aid Singapore enterprises with their expansion both locally and overseas market. The programme will support Singapore enterprises to provide internships and overseas work experiences for Singaporeans.

 As one of the Approved-in-Principle (AIP) partners appointed by Enterprise Singapore, SGTech evaluates and qualifies promising Singapore enterprises to come on board the programme and serves as the primary contact point for GRT-related matters.
